Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Einhardt Designs LLC collects, uses, stores, and discloses information through Project Preview Pro.

Information we collect

We may collect account and business information; business-created product, package, material, service, specification, source-link, and pricing records; potential-customer and client contact details; lead messages and their source; internal task titles, notes, assignments, due dates, completion history, and their optional relationship to a lead, project, or appointment; uploaded project photographs; project addresses and descriptions; generated concepts; appointment details; approval responses; typed signature names and timestamps; revision notes; delivery and engagement events; billing records; support communications; and technical information such as IP address, browser or device details, request logs, security events, and cookie or similar session data needed to secure and operate the service.

Sources of information

We receive information directly from business users and their customers, automatically from use of the website and security tools, and from connected services when a business enables an integration. Connected lead marketplaces may provide customer contact details, project requests, service addresses, questionnaire answers, marketplace identifiers, lead-source details, and reported automated-contact consent status. Connected Facebook and Instagram business messaging may provide an account-scoped sender identifier, display name or username, message text, supported attachments, timestamps, and source details. Business users are responsible for having authority to provide their customers' information and for giving any notices or obtaining any permissions required for their own services.

Payment and accounting information

When a business enables customer payments, we may process the selected payment method, payment status, amount, receipt and refund information, processor transaction identifiers, card brand, and last four digits supplied by Square or Stripe. Project Preview Pro does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers. For cash, check, or other offline payments, we store the payment method and record entered by the business.

How we use information

We use information to organize legitimate inquiries, maintain customer and project records, apply business-selected products and materials to project areas, prepare editable proposal lines, manage private work assignments and reminders, provide visual project previews, generate requested concepts, create secure client-review links, deliver transactional project messages, manage internal appointments, record approvals and revisions, provide support, prevent misuse, maintain security, process billing, and improve service reliability.

Customer matching

Within an authorized business workspace, Project Preview Pro may normalize and compare email addresses and phone numbers to group projects for the same customer and to show possible connections between a lead and an existing customer or another inquiry. A name by itself is not used to combine records. Match suggestions do not verify identity, merge conversations, contact a customer, or make a business decision. The authorized business user reviews any suggested connection and decides whether to apply saved contact details.

Connected business messaging

When a business enables an available Facebook or Instagram connection, Meta sends supported business-account messages and account-scoped identifiers to that business's private workspace. Project Preview Pro uses that information to organize the inquiry, display the conversation, and deliver only replies an authorized business user reviews and sends. We store the workspace's Meta authorization token in encrypted form and delete our stored token when an administrator disconnects the integration. Disconnecting the integration stops new Project Preview Pro delivery but does not remove copies retained by Meta or the message participant. Meta's own terms, privacy policy, permissions, and messaging windows also apply.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate requested features, including Vercel for application hosting, Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage, OpenAI for requested image generation and visual analysis such as material-surface recognition, Resend for email delivery, Twilio for SMS delivery, Meta for connected Facebook and Instagram business messaging, Mapbox for address search and autocomplete, Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention, and Stripe for Project Preview Pro subscription billing. When enabled by a business, Stripe or Square processes that business's customer payments, Intuit QuickBooks receives accounting records selected for synchronization, and Google or Microsoft receives approved appointment details selected for calendar synchronization. Project Preview Pro does not import unrelated personal calendar events. These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

How information is disclosed

We disclose information to service providers and connected integrations only as needed to operate requested features, process a payment, synchronize accounting records, provide support, protect the service, or comply with law. Business account owners can access the customer and project records within their workspace. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and similar technology

Project Preview Pro and its providers use cookies, local storage, authentication tokens, and similar technology to keep users signed in, preserve limited drafts and preferences, prevent fraud, perform security checks, and maintain reliable sessions. Browser settings can limit some technology, but doing so may prevent sign-in or other essential features from working.

SMS consent and mobile information

Mobile numbers are used only for requested transactional project communications, such as visual-review links, approval requests, revision responses, and related support. We do not sell or rent mobile information or SMS consent.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

Message frequency varies by active project. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. See our public SMS consent process.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and transaction records, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the platform. Retention periods vary by record type and connected provider. We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Business workspace owners may enable an optional review policy that places inactive, closed lead records into a review queue after the owner-selected period. For ordinary retention actions, the owner must start a 30-day recovery window before approving anonymization or deletion. The owner may restore the lead during that window, and the end of the window never triggers automatic deletion. A verified privacy request may be handled sooner after the requester's identity and authority, the request's scope, and applicable retention duties are reviewed. Before a permanent action, the service blocks active leads, converted projects, linked appointments, open or project-linked tasks, and recorded legal holds. Anonymization removes customer identity, contact details, private messages, tasks, and lead photographs; deletion removes the lead record and its private inbox content. Opt-out and suppression evidence, non-identifying audit history, financial and project records, and information that must be retained for legal, security, accounting, dispute, or other legitimate requirements may be preserved separately.

Children

Project Preview Pro is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information through the service.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to identity verification and legal, security, accounting, and operational retention requirements. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights to know, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain information or to appeal a denied request. SMS recipients can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance.

Policy updates

We may update this policy as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised effective date and, when appropriate, provide an additional in-service or email notice of material changes.
