SMS consent process
ProjectPreview Pro sends transactional project text messages only after a client voluntarily gives Einhardt Designs LLC express permission to use the mobile number provided for that purpose.
How clients opt in
During an active project consultation by telephone or in person, an authorized project representative asks the client whether they agree to receive transactional ProjectPreview Pro text messages from Einhardt Designs LLC about visual concepts, approval requests, revision responses, and related project support.
The representative provides this disclosure before recording consent:
The client expressly agrees to receive transactional ProjectPreview Pro text messages from Einhardt Designs LLC at the mobile number provided about visual concepts, approval requests, and project responses. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
The client must affirmatively agree. A client who declines SMS may still continue the project and receive information through email or other available channels.
How consent is recorded
After receiving verbal permission, the representative enters the client's mobile number in ProjectPreview Pro and manually checks a separate, optional SMS consent attestation. The checkbox is unchecked by default. The system records the consent time, source, and disclosure version. ProjectPreview Pro blocks SMS delivery when that consent record is absent.
Message expectations
Messages contain transactional project information, including secure visual-review links, concept-ready notices, approval requests, revision responses, and related support. Message frequency varies by active project. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact einhardtrob@gmail.com. Opting out does not affect the client's ability to continue receiving non-SMS project service.
