Terms and Conditions
These Terms govern access to Project Preview Pro, a service operated by Einhardt Designs LLC. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Service purpose
Project Preview Pro helps authorized home-improvement and design professionals organize customer inquiries from manual and enabled provider sources, maintain a private business library of products and packages, assign private internal tasks and reminders, manage internal appointments, create conceptual visual previews, share project information, and collect client feedback. Visuals are illustrative sales and planning concepts—not construction documents, engineering plans, code determinations, warranties, or guarantees of final results.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and provide complete, accurate account and billing information. Business account owners control access to their workspace and are responsible for activity performed through authorized accounts. You must promptly notify us if you believe an account or shared link has been compromised.
User responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, protect your account, use images and client data you are authorized to use, obtain required permissions and messaging consent, review generated concepts before sharing, and comply with applicable laws and professional obligations. You are responsible for confirming the accuracy and current availability of every package, material, specification, source link, and price you enter or place into a customer project or proposal.
Lead intake and customer matching
Project Preview Pro may compare normalized email addresses and phone numbers inside your workspace to group customer projects and show possible matches between inquiries and existing customer records. Names alone are not used to combine records. Match results are suggestions—not identity verification—and do not automatically merge conversations or send customer communications. You are responsible for reviewing a suggested match, confirming the customer's identity and contact details, and deciding whether to apply saved information before quoting, scheduling, sending documents, or requesting payment.
Lead retention controls
Workspace owners may configure an optional inactivity period for closed-lead review. Scheduled checks only identify records for review; they do not automatically anonymize or delete customer information. Ordinary permanent actions require the owner to start and wait through a 30-day recovery window, during which the owner may restore the lead. The end of that window does not trigger any action. A verified privacy request may be handled sooner after the requester's identity and authority, the request's scope, and applicable retention duties are reviewed. The owner is responsible for selecting an appropriate period, reviewing each record, confirming the reason for an irreversible action, and obtaining professional advice where legal, tax, accounting, insurance, dispute, or preservation duties may apply. Project Preview Pro may block an action when a lead is active or connected to protected workspace records. Legal holds must be recorded or released only with counsel authorization. Some non-identifying audit records, opt-out evidence, financial records, project records, and other required evidence remain outside lead deletion.
Customer agreements and electronic acceptance
Businesses are responsible for confirming that each final proposal, invoice, concept image, scope, price, customer identity, and term is accurate before sending it. Project Preview Pro may record a customer's typed signature, consent, approval, timestamp, and related activity as evidence of the electronic transaction, but the service does not provide legal advice or guarantee that a particular agreement satisfies every legal requirement. Each business is responsible for the enforceability of its customer agreements and for any licenses, permits, disclosures, taxes, or professional requirements that apply to its work.
AI-generated content
Generated images may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or unrealistic details. They are for communication and early planning only and are not construction drawings, architectural or engineering advice, site surveys, measurement or material specifications, or determinations of feasibility, safety, permits, or code compliance. Users are responsible for qualified professional review of dimensions, materials, feasibility, pricing, permits, safety, and construction requirements before relying on a concept or beginning work.
Your content and service license
You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the rights of other people and businesses. You grant Einhardt Designs LLC a limited license to host, copy, process, transform, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve Project Preview Pro and its requested integrations. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for all submitted property images, customer information, logos, and project materials.
Project Preview Pro SMS program
When a client voluntarily opts in, Einhardt Designs LLC may send transactional text messages about visual concepts, private review links, approval requests, revision responses, and related project support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help, or use the private support form. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Opt-out requests may take a short time to process, and a final confirmation message may be sent.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to deceive clients, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute unlawful or unwanted communications, bypass consent requirements, probe security, interfere with operation, or generate prohibited content.
Availability and third-party services
The service depends on third-party infrastructure and may occasionally be unavailable or changed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or delivery by email, mobile carriers, AI providers, payment networks, or hosting providers.
Customer payments and connected services
A business may connect its own Square or Stripe account so its customers can pay invoices through that business's selected processor. The business remains the seller or service provider and is responsible for its goods and services, prices, taxes, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, customer support, and compliance obligations. Payment processing is governed by the connected processor's terms.
Project Preview Pro does not receive or hold customer invoice funds and does not store complete payment-card numbers. Cash, check, and other offline payments are recorded by the business; Project Preview Pro does not independently verify that an offline transfer occurred. If QuickBooks is connected, accounting synchronization is provided as a convenience, and the business remains responsible for reviewing the accuracy of its accounting and tax records. If Google or Outlook Calendar is connected, only appointment changes explicitly approved by an authorized business user are synchronized; the business remains responsible for reviewing those events and its connected account.
When a business connects Facebook or Instagram messaging, Meta transmits supported business-account messages to that business's Project Preview Pro workspace. The business represents that it controls the connected professional account, will provide required notices and permissions, and will follow Meta's terms, permissions, messaging windows, and other platform rules. Every reply requires review and an affirmative send action by an authorized business user. Project Preview Pro does not represent that a social-account identifier verifies a person's legal identity, and disconnecting Project Preview Pro does not delete copies retained by Meta or message participants.
Subscription trials and billing
Eligible new business accounts may receive one seven-day free trial with up to three project workspaces and up to fifteen total visualizations across those projects, regardless of the plan selected. A valid payment method is required. The selected plan's full visualization allowance becomes available only after the first successful subscription charge. Unused trial projects and visualizations expire when the trial ends or is canceled and do not roll over. Trial eligibility is limited to one trial per business and account and may be denied where prior trial or subscription activity is detected. Unless the business cancels through the billing portal before the trial expires, Stripe will automatically charge the price and billing frequency selected at checkout and the subscription will renew until canceled. Monthly plans renew monthly and annual plans are charged for the full annual term. Canceling during a trial prevents the first subscription charge; canceling after billing takes effect at the end of the applicable paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Fees, cancellation, and refunds
Subscription prices, billing intervals, trial terms, taxes, and any one-time visualization purchases are displayed before checkout. You authorize Stripe to charge the payment method you provide. You may cancel or change a subscription through Manage billing. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not ordinarily refund a completed charge or unused portion of a billing period. Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, fees and used visualization credits are nonrefundable. Contact support promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law, address nonpayment, or enforce these Terms. When an account closes, access may end immediately or after the applicable paid period, while records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy and as required for legitimate legal, security, accounting, or dispute purposes.
Disclaimers and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Einhardt Designs LLC disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular business outcome, or that generated content will be accurate or suitable for a specific project.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Einhardt Designs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or lost-profit damages, loss of data, business interruption, customer disputes, construction decisions, or third-party service failures. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the subscription fees paid to Einhardt Designs LLC for the affected workspace during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where applicable law does not permit them.
Disputes
Before filing a formal claim about Project Preview Pro, please send a written description through the private support form and allow 30 days for a good-faith attempt to resolve it. If the matter is not resolved, either party may pursue remedies available under applicable law in a court or other forum that has jurisdiction. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or using a lawful small-claims process.
Changes to the service or these Terms
We may update the service and these Terms as Project Preview Pro evolves. Material changes will be identified by a revised effective date and, when appropriate, an in-service or email notice. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law; we may request renewed affirmative consent for material changes.
